Absolutely love Saltworks perfumes. This is my 4th travel size bottle Carmen. I have also had Honeyberry and La Orangerie. I can’t make up my mind which is my favourite so can’t commit to a full size bottle yet! I always get complemented on how I smell and with so many to choose from I will never buy any elsewhere.
A colleague of mine was wearing this and its all I could smell, I knew it was her before she even entered the room. She then bought it for me as a leaving gift and I used it so quickly. So I've bought another bottle and have also bought it as a gift for a colleague that is leaving.

Carmen is one of my favourite fragrances (I have many). Its seductive, rich fruit aroma is perfect for Autumn and Winter days,or for a special night out. Its lasting scent is bound to get you compliments. Ive had many whilst wearing Carmen. 🥰

OK, let me tell you about Carmen.. think Prada Luna Rossa, but with a sweeter finish. I have never received so many compliments, being sniffed at when I pass!! The fragrance is not overpowering but has a multitude of layers, the first slightly masculine, fresh, woody then as it settles, it's a warm, juicy sweet cloud that will leave you hooked..
This is a fragrance that has grown on me. It’s not my usual type but having used a couple of the sample size and getting compliments from friends I started to wear it more often and now use it as my go to day choice.
Very sensual fragrance. The initial notes Seem quite heavy on the skin but it soon wears off to become a beautiful long lasting fragrance.
This perfume is gorgeous on, warms through the day, super long lasting smell! And it's nice being complimented on wearing a perfume again, it's been a while to find my next perfume and the set was a great opportunity for this! A Christmas gift and I've now made a purchase for a full size bottle after I made my choice

This is a delicious fragrance…it’s not one I thought I would like as I like the Rose ones and the fresh ones …but this one is warm and full bodied …I have enjoyed wearing this in the colder weather and it lasts a really long time on me ….definitely one of my favourites…
Loved this scent when I was lucky enough to try it last year as a free sample. Bought for my husband to give me for Christmas !!!! ( He did wrap it up...) Hope you like the Christmas socks ? ! Fun...but not as sexy as the perfume...Happy Christmas!
I may be slightly addicted to Saltworks perfume. So much so I treat myself to the Christmas discovery set. (Trying very hard not to open it until Christmas). All the perfumes I have purchased have been delicious and I always get people stopping me and asking where my perfume is from. The company and staff are also really lovely to deal with. Very pleased I have found Saltworks and look forward to working my way through the discovery sets to see what the next scent is going to be.
I've tried so many Saltworks perfumes, and have seven favourites, but I think that Carmen might be the one I love most of all! It's regal and majestic, but also warm and comforting. I don't know what it is that makes it smell so wonderful, but one sniff of it and I don't want to wear any other perfume. It is long-lasting, and just gets better as the day goes on.
My second bottle of this travel size. Absolutely love it. Reminds me of Carolina Herrera, Good Girl.
Absolutely love this perfume! Was really struggling to find a scent that liked me as much as I loved it and it lasts so well! I have received compliments from friends and strangers whilst wearing Carmen which is always a great boost! Have quite a few fragrances I love from Saltworks, but this one is by far my favourite. Thanks for the free travel size too, will be coming on holiday with me for sure. Great customer service, a company that truly does take pride in all it does 🥰

Really unique and interesting fragrance. Starts off with the cherry and saffron for me, and settles nicely into a sweet, spiced, fruity scent. Overall a bit too sweet for me personally, but I have someone in mind who I think would really love it.

Carmen is a dark and rich fragrance with a black cherry opening. It is not as sweet and overwhelming as the usual cherry fragrances which I dislike. Rather, cumin, saffron and the woody base provide deathless to it, creating an even more musterious, seductive and alluring aroma. Saltworks never disappoint.

I bought this perfume on a whim. Not knowing what it smelled like as I missed the sample last month. I had read other peoples thoughts and opinions and decided to go for it. I am so glad I did, because it is absolutely out of this world! It is amazing, so beautiful, powdery, musky and sensational. I am addicted and cannot wait until I can afford a huge bottle. I love the notes and the long lasting scent. I would highly recommend Carmen so much. Just wonderful and I’m so happy with my purchase.
My absolute favourite. Love the rich opening notes, the slight medicinal tang of saffron and cumin and the long lasting but subtle buttery finish. Really comforting.

I’ve finally found my signature scent! Carmen is a ‘grown up’ scent - complex yet surprisingly sweet - with rich caramel undertones. Its longevity is very good and my next purchase will be a full sized bottle of this heady beauty.

On first sniff, I thought "Gorgeous 🥰", then I thought, "this smells familiar 🤔"! Tell me why this smells like BR540 with a sprinkle of cherry 🍒🤫 In a nut shell, this smells amazing 🤩
It smells really fresh and fruity 🍇 , I could almost taste it. I‘d like it more if it was a perfume oil so that it can smell stronger and stay longer on the body. Would definitely recommend 👍🏾
This is my first date with Saltworks and definitely not the last one! I am very impressed with the quality and performance of this perfume, it lasts days! The smell reminds be a little bit of BR540 (like a distant cousin) but with the addition of a smooth, delicate leather. The scent is fresh, a little sweet and quite laud. Great for warmer months in my opinion. 100% unisex. Love it!
This perfume gets you noticed! "Who is wearing that gorgeous perfume?" "Wow I love that scent! Where can i get it?" I tell my customers about Saltworks because it is eco friendly and ethical so fits well with my own largely fairtrade shop. Yes, I have a shop and I'm recommending another business! Carmen for daytime wear and Ile Rouge for that special night out. Perfect!
Carmen is a lovely musky scent, it arrived in a beautiful box and bottle complete with a miniature travel size perfume with the same scent. My only complaint was the tester I received before I bought the actual bottle smells a little bit different compared to the full sized bottle which is a bit of a let down because unfortunately I do slightly prefer that one, however I do believe this will be a product I will end up repurchasing.
Love this new perfume ! Found it spicy as well as sweet, very sophisticated and definitely sexy ,! It reminded me a little of Lady Marmalade, with notes of citrus, which is my favorite so far in my discovery set. Would definitely be interested in this perfume, if you do go ahead with it. ( Sorry this review is late. Have been on holiday and only just received..)
