I've got a system now! I love Surfari and Rose Bohem and have bought the full size of both in the past As I never wanted to be without either of them, I bought another Rose Bohem as I was running out of the first! This meant I then had an empty bottle to send back to refill the next time I was getting close to running out. So now I will always have an empty bottle to return for a refill. It's a great idea, and you get a considerable discount when you use the return label and then re-order. Better for the environment and better for your pocket, its a win-win. Also, I love the handbag size you get with it, great for holidays but also great for giving people a quick spritz when they compliment the fragrance. I should be on commission 😉😆
I absolutely love these, the refill option is brilliant, although I had to wait quite a while for the postage label to be sent.

My daughter has 3 favourites so I sent the bottle back to get refilled ready for christmas. I also received an offer to buy a travel sized one for her. And my friend also bought her a travel sized one in another scent. Highly recommend buying the sets to find your favourites
refill process so easy, tabac soliel is my absolute favourite so will definitely refill again. also ordered south peach as travel size - love that too! both arrived in time for my holiday so pretty quick too.
This is a simple but massively effective idea to get the empty bottles returned cleaned out and returned with a new alternative fragrance, therefore, recycling the bottle for another use. So that is imaginative and helps the planet, but it also helps the customers to "stock up" on more new or the same fragrance and keeping both parties within the green initiative while "smelling good"

BUT when I am ready then the label will be used (once updated because of the use by date) it is a fantastic idea and a good "green element" and a simple idea but should be turning the industry on its head to get them back clean out refill them and send them back. Simple, easy, green, a forward-thinking idea and assists in the cost retention.

I loved my first bottle of Love Story and when I finished it wanted to buy another. I wasn’t aware that I could send the empty bottle back until I went online to order a replacement. Very pleased to get £20 off my new bottle plus a free travel sized bottle.

Firstly… I love this perfume!
I hadn’t realised there was the refill option originally so am absolutely delighted that refilling is an option.
The refill service was quick and simple
- the hardest thing? Ensuring that I wrapped the bottle securely !
My new bottle arrived within a couple of days. Usual service… compliments on perfume … resumed immediately
My label was sent by email and when sent to my printer, the smallest option was A4, so wasn’t practical for me. The £20 voucher if I used it wasn’t an option as I already have a £25 voucher which wasn’t a problem. I had been hoping for a printed label sent by post.
I only received the return label by email and could not print it in a small enough size. Therefore I will just order with my £25 voucher I already have when I’m not so busy.
Hello, it would have been great if i would receive it sooner than a month. I requested it on the 10/05 and received it 10/06. Couldn't wait that long and i ordered the perfume as i needed it. I would like to say it's a shame as i love your perfumes and sending a refill return label after a month is a little bit dissapointing. Maybe next time try to send it sooner.
